Baichuan Biotechnology Successfully Holds 2025 Annual Ceremony
On February 9, 2026, the 18th Anniversary Celebration & 2025 Annual Ceremony of Baichuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. with the theme “The Story of Time: Growing Together with Us” was held simultaneously via online connection in Yueqing and Henan. All Baichuan staff gathered together to review the 18-year journey of endeavor, pay tribute to outstanding contributions with applause, and jointly envision a new chapter for the future.
In the afternoon, the check-in and photo area was bustling with excitement. Guests and teams from various departments took photos here. Smiling faces captured in every picture recorded the warmth of Baichuan people standing side by side, imbuing this year-end gathering with a strong sense of ceremony from the very beginning.
The ceremony kicked off with passionate music. All employees sang My Motherland and Me in unison, and the solemn melody resonated in the heart of every Baichuan member. After watching the video reviewing the company’s 18-year development, Chief Engineer Jiang Xuhai delivered a speech on stage, extending sincere New Year greetings to all employees and distinguished guests. Subsequently, Executive Vice President Zhang Chuanyun presented the 2025 Annual Work Report, comprehensively summarizing the company’s major breakthroughs and achievements over the past year, and clearly outlining the development goals and implementation plans for 2026 based on practical conditions.
The cultural performance session featured wonderful joint shows from both venues. Elaborately prepared by employees, dances, poetry recitations, songs and instrumental performances were organized into four chapters: “To the Past, Share the Moment, Honor the Future, Grow Together”, presenting an audio-visual feast integrating artistry and emotional appeal.
The commendation session was filled with warmth. Awards including Excellent Team, Outstanding Employee, Sales Model, Technical Model, and Baichuan Artisan were presented one after another. Honors and applause were dedicated to representatives who persisted and strived hard, paying tribute to individuals and teams dedicated to their posts and pursuing excellence. In his concluding speech, Chairman Chen Biao, with profound industry insight and strategic vision, outlined the development blueprint for Baichuan Biotechnology’s next stage. His firmness and expectation inspired every Baichuan member and clarified the direction forward.
