Oversee the overall quality management system, export compliance standards, and closed-loop management of quality complaints.

Conduct on-site patrol inspection on production lines, control on-site processes in real time, and promptly handle production abnormalities.

Perform precise tests on physical & chemical indicators, microbiology, heavy metals and other items for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.

File all batch records of production, inspection and warehousing to realize full traceability of products from raw material input to finished goods delivery.

We verify supplier qualifications and batch test reports upon arrival of raw materials, and conduct sampling tests for protein content, urease activity, microorganisms and heavy metals. Any unqualified raw materials will be rejected directly.

Raw materials are stored separately off the ground. We keep regular records of warehouse temperature and humidity, implement pest prevention, moisture proofing and anti-pollution measures, and conduct regular inventory checks to eliminate risks of raw material loss and deterioration.

We verify batching proportion, crushing & sieving and moisture conditioning item by item to avoid formula errors and foreign matter contamination.

Core process parameters including extrusion temperature, pressure and rotating speed are monitored online. Production will be halted immediately for calibration once parameters deviate from standards.

Semi-finished products are randomly sampled to inspect fiber structure, moisture content, toughness and color. Non-conforming semi-finished goods will be reprocessed.

We test key indicators including microorganisms, heavy metals, moisture, crude protein and urease activity in compliance with domestic and destination country food regulations, and issue official test reports.

Manual sensory assessment is performed on appearance, color, odor, fibrous texture and foreign contaminants. Batches failing the evaluation will be blocked from shipment.

Food contact safety certifications, sealing performance and label compliance of inner and outer packaging materials are verified before warehousing.

On-site inspections are carried out to check sealing tightness, net weight tolerance and batch & production date coding, preventing bag breakage, incomplete sealing, incorrect coding and batch mixing.
